About Me
Mike is satisfied only when his customers and clients succeed. When assisting them in buying or selling property or when providing consulting services Mike listens carefully to those he is serving and applies his extensive market knowledge to help them meet their goals. Referrals from satisfied customers are the proof that Mike does his job well.
In order to better serve his clients and customers, Mike works at keeping himself informed. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle with a B.A. in Business Administration. His many designations include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Corporate Property Specialist (CCPS), Certified Residential Marketing Specialist (CRMS) and Associate Broker.
Mike has been honored with Life Membership in the Million Dollar Club by the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
Mike knows the details of the real estate market in the five-county Athens area. In addition he has a special love for and knowledge of historic homes. He is a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation.
Mike and his wife Venita and family live in Athens. They are active members at Prince Avenue Baptist Church.
